The motivation to begin Tangible Wonders has risen from my personal journey. I have found spending time in and learning about nature to be a healing force. And now, neuroscientists are finding evidence that shows that this is absolutely true. Being in nature and physical activity can help us heal from the everyday stressors, as well as the more intense traumas we experience.
In this blog, I will explore how scientific discovery, direct experience, and the things we can perceive with our senses, can become a part of a practice that leads to wholeness and healing.

The name, Tangible Wonders, is an acknowledgment that the natural, tangible world is filled with wondrous and beautiful things. I want to make the statement that seeking purpose through connection with nature, connection with others, and self-discovery is a beautiful and meaningful path.
The possession of knowledge does not kill the sense of wonder and mystery. There is always more mystery.
